Our feet carry the burden off of our daily lives from the moment we wake up until we sleep and keeping the same in mind I give out easy and fuss-free home remedies for cracked heels. Just as we need to keep our face and hair well-nourished, we also need to keep our feet nourished and moisturized. Today I will share some tips on how to heal deep cracked heels.
1. How To Heal Deep Cracked Heels With Oil Massage
Oils are the best and natural home remedies for dry cracked heels. Yes, the same oil that we use in our day to day life, such as vegetable oil, coconut oil or even sesame oil can be used as a medicine to treat cracked feet. Every night before you go to sleep, just dip your feet in warm water for about ten minutes. Dry them out and then apply a generous amount of either of the oils to your heels. Gently massage them and wear your socks on to cover and protect them from further damage.
Gently mix gallon warm water with a cup of honey. Pour the mixture into the bucket and soak your feet on it for 30 minutes. This remedy can make your feet softer and cleanse your cracked heels Naturally. It also keeps the infection-causing germs away and moisturizes your feet.
3. Lemon and Olive Oil
Alpha-hydroxy citric acid in lemon juice can be used to break the molecular bonds between dead skin and the live cells underneath. For removing calluses or severity form the heels, just rub a fresh lemon on cracked feet. Lemon can moisturize your feet naturally and make it softer. Use lemon juice and olive oil to use in the evenings before bed.
Banana is a natural skin moisturizer. It contains vitamins A, B6, and C, which all help to maintain the elasticity of the skin and keep it hydrated. Mash 2 ripe bananas into a smooth paste. Make sure that the bananas are ripe. Banana has contained acid that is harsh for the skin. Gently rub the paste all over your feet, including the nail beds and sides of the toe. Keep it on for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, rinse your feet with clean water.

The Epsom salt helps to gently exfoliate the feet. Rub feet with a light oil such as sesame oil or jojoba oil to keep feet moisturized. Add Epsom salt and with warm water to a large bowl wide enough and soak your feet on it for 20-30 minutes.
6. Wool Socks
Loss of moisture is one of the biggest and main reasons for dry cracked feet. Wear woolen socks at night it can help to lock moisture into the feet. Because woolen soaks can lock the body heat into the feet.
7. Tea Tree Treatment
Tea tree oil is a great remedy for dry cracked feet. It contained dermatological ailments like microbial infections and fungal of the skin. Gently apply tea tree oil on heels before going to bed it makes your heels softer.
8. How To Heal Deep Cracked Heels With Paraffin Wax
Paraffin wax acts as a natural emollient that helps soften your skin. It turns out to be a good treatment for cracked and painful heels. Take some paraffin wax and mix it with mustard oil or coconut oil. Heat the mixture in a pain properly and allow that to cool down. Apply the mixture on your feet. To get the best results, apply before going to bed and wear a pair of socks. Wash off properly in the morning.
9. Pumice Stone
Soak your feet in warm water then gently rub the pumice stone on your dry cracked feet it removes all dead skin cells. Rub feet with a light oil such as sesame oil or jojoba oil to keep feet moisturized.
10. Oatmeal and Jojoba Oil
These are two ingredients that work well for skin problems. Grind oats into a coarse powder and add some jojoba oil to it. Mix all the ingredients gently and make a paste then apply it on cracked feet and massage in a circular motion. Let it dry then rinse it with warm water and dry it.
