1. Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil has antiseptic and antimicrobial that preventing infection, it has also reduced the inflammation and redness associated with rashes. Mix 12 drops of tea tree oil to 30 mL of any carrier oil apply this mixture to the rashes before going to bed.

2. Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus oil has major constituents of eucalyptol that contain cooling, soothing, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties that can reduce skin rashes. Mix 12 drops of eucalyptus oil to 30 mL of any carrier oil then apply to the rashes and leave it on overnight.

3. Cold Compress

Cold Compress is good for reducing skin rashes, especially those caused by heat, insect bites, poison ivy and shingles. It can heal itching swelling and inflammation and the blister. Put ice cubes in a sealed plastic bag and place it on the affected area, repeat a few times daily for a few days.

4. Neem

Neem has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-irritant, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties that highly effects skin rashes acne and various infections, It also contains antioxidants that heal aging signs and rejuvenate skin cells. Boil neem leaves in water then strain the solution and allow it to cool. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and place it on the affected area for at least 10 minutes.

5. Shea Butter

Shea butter is a rich source of anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties that help to fight skin rashes. Wash affected an area with soap and lukewarm water and let it dry then rub shea butter gently on the affected and are until it well blended into the skin like lotion.
